About The Residences Panther Hollow Project
Multifamily Developer NE Development and the SMYRLgroup have recently broken ground on The Residences at Panther Hollow Apartments, a 200-unit apartment community. The project is located south of the First Baptist Church of Marble Falls and West of Hwy 281 on Panther Hollow Drive (also currently under construction) in the Panther Hollow subdivision, a 108-acre master planned community which will also include commercial and retail uses.
The Residences will be a gated apartment community set on both sides of Panther Hollow Drive with magnificent vistas of the Hill Country and will offer residents one or two bedroom apartments located in two and three story buildings clad with stone and other materials that compliment the local environment. Residents will enjoy a host of amenities in the club, including a coffee bar, various lounge seating areas, a kitchen, a conference room, a business lounge, and a fitness room with state-of-the-art equipment, including virtual fitness options.
Various outdoor amenities will allow residents to appreciate the beautiful natural setting surrounding the community. Adjacent to the club will be a resort-style pool, hot tub, wet deck, outdoor kitchen area, and outdoor lounge seating. Additional seating areas and pavilions will provide more outdoor seating options, and residents will have two dog parks for their pets to enjoy. Throughout the community residents will experience landscaping that provides a park-like setting by incorporating oak trees and other native plants.
The design of the project was lead by architect George Vaughn of RVK Architects of San Antonio, Texas. NE Construction, LLP, also an NE affiliate, will serve as general contractor. Financing is provided by Chambers Bank in Danville, Arkansas and Berkadia Mortgage in St. Louis, Missouri.
Based in Lewisville, Texas, NE Development has developed over 10,000 units in Texas, Oklahoma, and Colorado. The Residences is owned by an affiliate of NE Development in partnership with local investors Mid-Horse Royalties, LLC, Horseshoe Bay ONE Real Estate, Inc. and the SMYRLgroup all of Horseshoe Bay, Texas.
NE Property Management, LLC will manage the property and will commence marketing and leasing operations in the next year. The Residences of Panther Hollow will begin offering leasing opportunities for residents as early as late Summer to early Fall of 2018.
